TIP: Juicy & Tender Chicken

Thaw it:

  • Thaw your chicken overnight in the refrigerator
  • Never use the microwave

Brine it - This is important for a moist and tender meat

  • Dissolve in 2 quarts of water in a large container
    • 1/2 cup table salt (or 1 cup Kosher salt)
    • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Submerge the chicken in the solution
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
