We use the method of daily rotational grazing for our beef cattle to ensure the most natural and at the same time best quality beef. Each day we move our cattle to a new and fresh pasture salad, therefore maintaining a steady diet and a clean environment. If cattle are left in a single pasture several days at a time they naturally select what is best first and for each day following all they get is leftovers. The health of our cattle and the quality of our beef is our priority. We will have beef twice a year. You can order either a whole or side or by the quarter and we will even have 30 to 50lb packs with approximately equal amounts of steaks, roasts and ground beef.
