Pastured Chickens

Our meat chickens (broilers) are raised in the mobile pens you see in the picture, which we move once a day when they are small and twice a day when they are a few weeks old to ensure cleanliness and fresh grass. Since these chickens have a fresh salad of legumes and grasses every day and an all natural vegetarian diet of grains, their meat is of superior quality in flavor and nutrition. Our meat chickens are a seasonal product, since we only raise them on pasture in the summer. Our processing season is June through September. Let us know how many you want now for the whole year. They are vacuum wrapped so they keep for over two years in the freezer.
